Principal/CEO
Dannette K. Davis has led Kay Davis Associates for 25 years, bringing over 30 years of
experience in construction, facilities planning, and project management. Her firm has
delivered signature FF&E projects across Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio, while she
continues to nurture long-standing client relationships. Beyond her business endeavors,
she founded Kay Davis in the Community, a nonprofit organization that supports
education, the arts, and community programs. A lifelong lover of theatre, she has
performed, produced, and directed for Houston stages. With faith, family, and creativity
at her core, Davis finds joy in creating beautiful spaces and stronger communities.
Rosa Wiggins
Vice President
Rosa, as Vice President, is an integral team member and involved in the work from the beginning to end. With a slew of projects under her belt and a large wealth of product knowledge and experience, she leads her team in FFE turn-key services through a smooth set. Watching Rosa is a glimpse of precision in motion. Always keen on detail, and abreast of the latest furniture for trends in Education, she makes the trains run on time.
LaTishia was born and raised in Wichita, KS. She is a graduate of Baker University with a bachelor's degree in business, although most of her experience has been accounting related, she is excited to use her skills in balancing the daily office functions at Kay Davis Associates. When she isn't organizing schedules, taking notes, or setting up meetings, she is at home doing what she loves... Cooking! She also enjoys reading novels, writing poetry, and catching up with her family. It's true when they say everything is bigger in Texas! This extends to the opportunities to learn and grow. Well, Dorothy you're not in Kansas anymore!

A native Houstonian and auto enthusiast Billy Williams III is jack of many trades. As our Field Coordinator/Logistics lead he is instrumental in bringing the designers' concept to life. He works diligently with the client and staff to ensure installations run smoothly. Billy's background in Oil/Gas industries enables him to handle diverse environments with a coolness that is unparalleled. He's Kay Davis's man about town dedicated to putting design pieces together.

Monica is an interior designer with a passion for creating spaces that are both inclusive and dynamic. She began her career as an intern with Kay Davis Associates, where she quickly embraced the Kay Davis approach to client engagement and service. During her internship, she demonstrated strong decision-making skills and a calm, supportive presence—always committed to ensuring clients feel cared for throughout the design process.

While KDITC has been primarily funded by it's founder, Lauren has joined the KDITC team to facilitate additional funding to underwrite KDITC's support in the community to include RAK (Random Acts of Kindness), scholarships and supporting the arts.
Kay Davis in the Community allows her to give back to others in the
community through scholarships, art community collaborations and the RAK Grants that assist someone that needs a “Hand Up” to get through a temporary situation. She is so thankful for this opportunity; it gives her Peace and Joy.
Essica Lama
Assistant Project Manager
Essica is an interior design graduate from the University of North Texas, where she honed her skills in creating spaces that inspire and delight. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for blending functionality with aesthetic appeal, Essica brings a fresh perspective to every project she undertakes.
Outside of the studio, Essica finds solace in nature often venturing out on hiking trails to recharge and draw inspiration from the beauty of the outdoors. Essica enjoys immersing herself in the world of music, finding inspiration in melodies and rhythms that resonate with her soul.
